At INUIKII, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you may return them within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original INUIKII packaging and ensure all tags are attached before sealing the box securely.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, affix it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier point.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
